Returns policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not right for you for any reason, you can request a size exchange, a voucher or a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Our aim is to make the process simple and transparent.

How to request a return

First, get in touch. Email beatboxvintage@icloud.com or message us on WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery, including your full name and order number.

We will reply with everything you need to proceed quickly and easily. The item must reach us within 10 days of return authorisation.

You pay the return shipping costs only when requesting a refund. If you would like a size exchange, we will guide you through the process and pay for the return shipping.

For countries outside the EU, any customs duties or import taxes remain the customer's responsibility.

Your options

Size exchange: subject to availability, we can exchange your item for another size of the same model or a different model.

Voucher: receive a discount code for the amount spent, with no expiry date, to use whenever you like.

Refund: once we have received and checked your item, we will refund you using the same payment method as your purchase. The time for the funds to appear depends on your bank: usually 2–3 working days, or in some cases 4–5 days.

Conditions

Please return the item unworn and unwashed, with its original labels and packaging.

If the item is faulty, we may ask for photographs before authorising the return so that we can resolve the issue more quickly.

We are always available if you have any questions. Current European distance-selling legislation applies to anything not expressly covered here.
