Terms and conditions of sale
Last updated: 26 April 2026
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on www.beatboxvintage.com (the “Website”). Products purchased on the Website are sold directly by Zirilli Simone (Beatboxvintage), Italian tax code ZRLSMN86A08C933P, VAT number 10480680965, registered office at Via Laura Ciceri Visconti 4, 20136 Milan (MI), Italy. Email: beatboxvintage@icloud.com.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all sales made on the Website. Products may only be purchased by end consumers, meaning individuals acting for purposes outside any business, trade, craft or professional activity they may carry out. The Seller reserves the right not to fulfil orders from persons other than consumers or orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.
2. Formation of the contract
To purchase one or more products on the Website, the Customer must complete the electronic order form and submit it to the Seller following the instructions provided. The contract is concluded when the Seller receives the order form electronically, after checking that the order details are correct. Before purchasing, the Customer must carefully read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
3. Prices and payment methods
All product prices shown on the Website are in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price: they are shown and calculated at the end of the purchase process before payment. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; products will nevertheless be invoiced at the prices shown when the order was created.
Payment can be made by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), PayPal, Klarna instalments, Google Pay, Apple Pay or bank transfer.
For credit card payments, financial information is transmitted to the payment gateways using an encrypted protocol, without access by third parties.
4. Shipping and delivery
Purchased products will be delivered to the address entered by the Customer in the order form. Shipping costs are payable by the Customer unless a promotion on the Website states otherwise. Delivery times are estimates only; the Seller undertakes to deliver products within 30 days of the contract being concluded. On delivery, the Customer must check that the packaging is intact and immediately report any damage to the courier.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
Under Article 52 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the products.
To exercise this right, the Customer must: (1) send written notice to beatboxvintage@icloud.com or via WhatsApp within 14 days of receiving the goods, stating their full name and order number; (2) wait for return authorisation from the Seller; and (3) return the products within 10 days of authorisation.
Return conditions: garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must show no signs of use. Each garment must be returned with all original labels, packaging and accessories. Return shipping costs are payable by the Customer. For countries outside the EEC, any customs charges are payable by the Customer. Unauthorised shipments will be refused.
The Customer may choose: (1) a size exchange, subject to availability; (2) a voucher equal to the amount spent, with no expiry date; or (3) a refund using the same payment method within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the return. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Returns for purchases paid through Klarna: the Customer may choose an exchange for goods of equal value or a partial refund of 95% of the original payment, less the shipping cost.
6. Statutory warranty of conformity
All products sold on the Website are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity under Articles 128–135 of the Italian Consumer Code. The Seller is responsible for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. The defect must be reported within two months of its discovery.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law, particularly Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and Legislative Decree 70/2003 on electronic commerce. For disputes involving consumers resident in Italy, jurisdiction lies with the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile. The European Commission provides an alternative dispute resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
8. Changes and updates
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be amended from time to time, including to reflect legislative changes. New Terms take effect from the date of publication on the Website.
